The first book of 2009 is a scruffy little thing made of paper bags from the Ballard Market. Sometimes you have to just use what's at hand. The edges are torn, it has an eccentric (to put it kindly) binding, and there's white paint smeared on some of the pages. Someday it will be just what I need.
